The singer also announced GIFFT the brand of wine with the Scheid Family Vineyards in Monterey CA. Recenty, Nicole C. Mullen played her part in her debut short film as director. The two co-wrote the entire music for the film. Gifford is a patron of many child's organisations including Childhelp. She also supports the Association to Benefit Children, which spawned Cassidy's Place. Marymount University awarded her honorary degrees for humanitarian work she did in labor relations.
